This was a difficult job, during very difficult times. The team faced off against one of the worst of our west coast wet winters on record and delivered a beautiful result safely. This would normally be a good result any day but imagine that the entire team also had to deal with all aspects of the COVID-19 virus. This included a number of challenges that made completing any project difficult, from manufacturing all the way through to unforeseen impacts on supply chains and tight logistics and movement for travelling installation crews. Yes. Very likely and have done so already. All the materials except plywood sheathing were on site before the installers arrived. The tearing down of the shakes,and delivery of plywood to three efficient locations, took up a lot of room and time and was compromised by the space already taken up by pre-delivered materials. This resulted in the area by our front door becoming extremely conjested and untidy. If the metal sheeting had not been pre-delivered the plywood could have been delivered by the supplier and spaced out in one shipment rather than taking a full day. This was a very painless

The communication at first, prior to the project starting was poor. Finally I called Randal and things improved. Once I connected directly with Todd the communication went very well.The time estimate for doing the work was way way way underestimated....Randal suggested it would take two weeks once they started... I never believed that, but I did not think it would take as long as it did. Part of the difficulty was the weather, part of it was getting a crew out to the Sunshine Coast....so the size was very small. I understand this BUT I would have preferred knowing the difficulties up front. Th

A quick communication from the roofing crew when they we're delayed by the ferry on day one would have been appreciated, but overall, communication was good. We appreciated the information given during our first meeting, and being able to meet in our home. We didn't feel pressured to make an immediate commitment (but sure were quickly convinced you were the right choice!) When it's time to replace the rest of our roof, we'll definitely be in touch!
