I am writing this letter to commend your crew on the great work that they have done installing my new aluminum shake roof. Brett Gellibrand and his apprentice Joe Loch have worked diligently in spite of a lot of adverse weather throughout this week. They have managed to complete the work in good time, even though frequent rain interrupted many plans. Care was always taken to keep things covered and clean-up was precise each day. I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
