They were professional and courteous. From the sales end with Randal, to their manager Todd, and the installer Vlad, they did what they said, when they said they were going to do it. They were just true professionals and a pleasure to work with. The only part of the process I wasn't super hot on was a little bit of the sales pitch at the start. I didn't need to be sold on the product. I felt like there was a little bit of an unnecessary sales thing. The product speaks for itself. I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
