To Whom It May Concern: I first encountered Ted Rector at the Nanaimo Home Show in 1999. I quickly made an appointment and consequently bought my first Interlock roof. We absolutely loved the roof! I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
