The communication during the installation and when the wind deficiencies were found in my roof was not handled well. I had to go into my attic myself to verify whether the work they claimed was done had actually been completed — and several times, it wasn’t. They had to come back multiple times, and I had to adjust how I communicated just to make sure we could finally get everything resolved.

I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
