Iffy. Enjoyed Randal, Dustin, and Ryan very much. Not so pleased with the run-around, nor the lack of forthright answers. There was no logical reason my calls weren't returned, that i was given glib answers, and had to park my car on the road for 1.5 months just in case someone showed up. As stated - Project Management, Honesty, and Communication. There simply is no reason nor excuse to not be forthright. Anything less is inconsiderate and unkind. I think I've said everything now. The straight forward, untarnished, unguilded truth.

I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
