Well, the time had arrived – we needed to replace our shake roof, what to do, what to do! After perusing the options, we called Interlock Roofing and a young man (young to us) named Colin came to the house with facts & figures and some really great samples that included a black shake style that caught our attention. The installation crew should be as professional as the salesperson selling the products. They were newbies - the project took 2 weeks, there were disruptions during installation, limited communications regarding progress, & change of installation crew. From professional perspective & price of product, I am reserved about recommending Interlock.

I like the product and the installation features over standing seam roofing for this application. There was never any third party quality assurance process to check on the installers work as he was working alone with a helper. Is this installed as per the recommendations of the manufacturer - I really cannot comment on that and neither can the sales person. All I have is a warranty piece of paper.
