Interlock Roofing could have improved by telling me a more accurate installation date. At first they said that it would be done in July and then they said August. I had to cancel because of harvest and then I finally got them back out here in October. I know that sometimes mother nature plays a role in that. The installers also did not tell me that they damaged the siding on my house. They did not mention that. I found it. That is why they have to come back in the spring. I won't have any complaints once spring comes along and they come back and do some touch ups. I emailed them some pictures

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
