I think Interlock Roofing could have improved with the initial start date once the material was delivered. We had a start date, and I waited for them on the third day, but no one called me. I contacted the Calgary office, and they were apologetic. They weren't notified either. We had to delay the start date for another three weeks. They had a lot on their plate, and limited crews. But I would have appreciated a phone call saying what was going on and that they couldn't make it. After doing the research that I did on Interlock Roofing, I'm really happy I chose them. It's probably the best roof

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
