Don't lie about when the job will commence or be done, don't lie about trying to contact someone when not a single person had a voicemail to respond to We were told two months from date of signed contract and deposit was sent in to have a completed roof. We waited over 3 months for the material to show up and just over four months by the time roof was completed. Construction was held up for much longer than neccessary and only for us to find out that a installer hadn't been booked for us. Then after our two month delay we were threatened with a collection agency for deciding to make interlock

They were good in all areas during the project. The only thing I might have appreciated more was if, when I reached out in January, the time between my initial interaction and having someone actually come out to visit the house had been shorter. It took about two to three months, so that was a bit of a concern. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely was not set in stone what was happening during that time.
